Our Team:
Founder & Board Member
- Victoria Piontek is an award-winning author and educational therapist dedicated to helping every child discover the joy of reading. Drawing on her experience as both a storyteller and a learning specialist, she works to make literacy accessible and inspiring for students of all backgrounds and abilities.

Co-Founder & Board Member
- David Piontek is a retired Partner from Ernst & Young (EY) and a longtime advocate for educational innovation and inclusion. At Craft Your Story, he helps guide the organization’s strategy, partnerships, and growth to expand access to literacy programs for all students.
- Drawing on his background in technology and leadership, David supports initiatives that connect authors with underserved schools and empower learners of every background to discover their own stories.
